Tax Clerk / Tax Specialist (m/f/d) – Full-time

Your Responsibilities
  • Preparation of financial accounting records and annual financial statements
  • Preparation of tax returns (all relevant corporate taxes)
  • Preparation for and assistance during tax audits
  • Review of tax assessment notices and performance of tax calculations
Your Profile
  • Completed apprenticeship as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellter) or comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience desirable
  • Independent, structured, and dedicated work ethic

Your Responsibilities

  • You keep our office running smoothly from an organizational standpoint
  • You prepare for and follow up on client meetings
  • You handle external and internal correspondence
  • You are the first point of contact at reception and on the phone
  • You draft documents for communication with offices and authorities
Your Profile
  • Completed vocational training, e.g., as an office management assistant (Kauffrau/-mann für Büromanagement) or comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience, good IT skills, and proficient English skills
  • You work independently, are committed and structured – organization is your strength

What You Bring

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office is advantageous
